Overview

We are a fast-paced sign shop looking for an experienced Welder / Fabricator to join our production team. You will be responsible for building custom sign structures, frames, and architectural elements from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Fabricate components using light structural steel, aluminum, and sheet metal.
  • Perform clean welding, cutting, fitting, and finishing/grinding operations.
  • Safely operate shop equipment including chop saws, sheet metal brakes, shears, and hand tools.
  • Read and work directly from shop drawings, blueprints, and cut lists.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in welding and metal fabrication (sign industry experience is a plus).
  • Proficiency with shop tools: chop saws, sheet metal brakes, angle grinders, and plasma/torch cutters.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain tight tolerances.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work standing for extended periods.
  • Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
