Are you skilled with Laser Welder or other Precision Welding machinery? Do you have experience with visual inspections and the ability to set up machinery manually to align parts properly in production? We are looking for a Micro-Welder (OD Welder) to join our team in Monroe! Responsibilities

• Perform precision outer diameter conduction welds on stainless steel components
• Operate semi-automatic TIG welding equipment with plasma pulse functionality
• Set up, adjust, and fine-tune welding parameters including amperage, pulse settings, gas flow, and travel speed
• Maintain weld quality to meet engineering drawings, specifications, and internal quality standards
• Inspect welds visually and with measuring tools to ensure compliance with dimensional and cosmetic requirements
• Work with thin-wall and small-diameter stainless steel materials requiring micro-welding techniques
• Document production work, settings, and quality results as required
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve welding or process issues ZPMLSTCM
