Overview

Join New Hudson Facades, where advanced manufacturing meets world-class architecture. Our team fabricates high-quality façade components for major projects, and we’re growing our third-shift operation with reliable, mechanically inclined technicians.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and set up production machinery to meet exacting standards
  • Load materials and parts; stage work per blueprints and instructions
  • Continuously monitor equipment and make setting adjustments
  • Inspect parts with calipers, micrometers, and tape measures
  • Read/follow blueprints, work instructions, and production specifications
  • Identify and report quality issues; escalate equipment concerns
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance
  • Document production counts and quality outcomes
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized cell
  • Coordinate with teammates and supervisors to hit production goals

Requirements

  • Experience in machine operation, machining, fabrication, CNC, or similar manufacturing (preferred)
  • Mechanical aptitude; willingness to learn—training provided on our equipment and processes
  • Comfort with basic math and computers
  • Ability to read measurements and follow written procedures
  • Detail-oriented with reliable third-shift attendance
  • Safety-first mindset and effective teamwork
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
