Overview

Join the largest AOG (Aircraft on Ground) team in the aviation industry, offering industry-competitive pay plus benefits. This position is required to be based out of the Bedford, MA area.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 Mobile Team/AOG support during assigned scheduled shift.
• Act as the central point of contact for the customer during the AOG maintenance event.
• Coordinate and organize the necessary tooling for maintenance events.
• Coordinate with the support center on project status.
• Arrange travel as required with the support center.
• Maintain the mobile vehicle's interior and exterior appearance.
• Ensure the team follows all company policies regarding professionalism and attire.
• Maintain an accurate account of work for quick and accurate processing of work orders.
• Ensure all work complies with the Repair Station Manual.
• Coordinate with the Quality Department to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide immediate response to any AOG call at all times while on shift.
• Manage all expenses and expense reports, working with the local Business Administrator.
• Maintain and grow customer relationships, reaching out to customers while offsite.

Requirements

• FAA Airframe and Powerplant certification required (3+ years).
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Airframe structural/composite repair experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment and coordinate with multiple departments.
• Planning and organizational skills are necessary.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer/technology skills.
