Overview

We are seeking experienced GMAW (Gas Metal Arc Welding) / MIG Welders to join our team in Sunnyvale, TX. The ideal candidate will have hands-on welding experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to produce quality welds while following safety and production requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Operate GMAW/MIG welding equipment to join metal components.
  • Read and follow blueprints, welding symbols, and work instructions.
  • Set up welding machines and adjust voltage, amperage, and wire speed as needed.
  • Perform tack, fillet, groove, and multi-pass welds.
  • Prepare, align, and fit metal components prior to welding.
  • Inspect finished welds for quality, appearance, and proper penetration.

Requirements

  • Use hand and power tools for fabrication and weld preparation.
  • Perform weld repairs and rework when necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Meet daily production and quality standards.
  • Previous GMAW/MIG welding experience required.
  • Ability to read basic blueprints and welding specifications.
  • Experience using welding machines, grinders, and hand tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required.
  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
