Overview

The Maintenance Mechanic assists the Maintenance Manager in maintaining the facility and equipment in good working order, ensuring a clean and safe workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in repairs and preventive maintenance of production equipment.
  • Maintain injection molding machines.
  • Support the material handling system.
  • Assist with the tower and chiller system.
  • Help maintain all auxiliary equipment including robots, conveyors, thermolators, welders, hot stampers, and grinders.
  • Assist in facility maintenance including air conditioners, dock plates and doors, furnaces, trash compactors, lighting, roof, and forklifts.
  • Help in new equipment installation and startup for injection molding machines, robots, and new auxiliary equipment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in maintenance.
