The Associate Fabricator role involves fabricating orthoses and prostheses, ensuring quality and adherence to safety regulations while receiving on-the-job and formal training.

Responsibilities

• Perform fabrication of orthotic and/or prosthetic devices according to company standards.
• Assist in ordering, receiving, and other inventory tasks as assigned.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work environment.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and OSHA requirements.
• Follow HIPAA and other regulatory compliance training.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED; no experience required.
• Preferred: less than 1 year of related experience in environments with machinery, tools, or fabrication.
• Without diploma/GED, 1 year of related experience in O&P environments.
