Overview

HK Solutions Group is currently seeking a Field Welder for their DeLand, FL shop. They are a leading plastic fabrication company that provides HDPE liners for precast and cast in place applications in the municipal wastewater business.

Responsibilities

  • Extrusion welding
  • Material handling and scrap management
  • Material preparation and product finishing
  • Equipment operation
  • Forklift operation

Requirements

  • Precast concrete experience
  • Reading and interpretation of blueprints and shop drawings
  • Carpentry experience
  • Metal/steel fabrication or welding experience
  • Mathematics – Drawing interpretation
  • Organization and time management skills
  • Decision making and problem-solving abilities
  • Initiative and self-starter mentality
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Valid US Driver's License
  • Good driving record
  • Must be able to pass pre-hire background check, drug screen and physical

  • Travel requirements are up to 60% of the time with paid per diem of an additional $60.00 a night.
