Overview

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking experienced Structural Ironworkers for an immediate start in Nashville, TN. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a strong focus on structural steel installation and welding, offering candidates a chance for long-term employment and travel throughout the Southeast.

Responsibilities

  • Install new structural iron beams.
  • Connect structural steel.
  • Perform welding as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of dedicated ironwork experience.
  • Experience installing and connecting structural steel beams.
  • Structural welding experience strongly preferred.
  • Must be comfortable working at heights.
  • Must be able to safely perform bending, standing, climbing, kneeling, and twisting throughout the workday.
  • Must be willing and able to travel to projects throughout the Southeast.
  • Must have required PPE and ironworker hand tools.
  • Must be able to work in varying conditions, including indoor/outdoor, hot, cold, and dusty environments.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
  • Must have reliable transportation.

Additional Information

  • Temp-to-hire position.
  • 40–60 hours per week.
  • Day shift starting at 7:00 AM.
  • Candidates must be willing to travel to projects throughout TN, AL, VA, and KY.
  • No state license or certification is required.
  • No pre-employment drug screen or background check is required for this project.
