Pay Rate: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 1st Shift | 6 AM – 2:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift | 3 PM – 11:30 PM (Training on the 1st shift)

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, drawings, work instructions, and shop aids.
  • Basic math and measurement skills preferred.

Experience Requirements

  • Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or industrial experience preferred.
  • Experience using hand tools, crimping tools, or assembly equipment is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, 6S, or continuous improvement practices preferred.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced production environment preferred.

  • Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized.
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities.

Physical Capabilities

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
  • Frequently lift, push, and pull up to 5 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist movements requiring strong manual dexterity.
  • Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and working in confined or narrow spaces.
  • Comfortable working in a busy manufacturing environment with varying levels of noise and activity.

Job Duties

  • Prepare coils for final assembly and testing while meeting quality and production standards.
  • Bend, shape, cut, and attach wires and lugs according to specifications and work instructions.
  • Operate pneumatic and hydraulic crimping equipment to complete assembly tasks.
  • Use ultrasonic welding equipment to assemble and secure components.
  • Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Utilize lifting assistance devices when handling heavier products and materials.
  • Participate in inventory counts and other production support activities as needed.
  • Maintain productivity goals, quality requirements, and manufacturing schedules.
  • Support 6S, Lean Manufacturing, housekeeping, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support changing business and production needs.
