Overview

The Welder position at Jensen Infrastructure involves applying welding processes to join, fabricate, and repair metal parts and assemblies. The role requires hands-on experience and a commitment to quality and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Fabricating metal parts and assemblies by cutting, burning, and welding various metals using welding machines and tools.
  • Operating cranes, forklifts, and other lifting equipment when certified.
  • Inspecting completed work to ensure conformance to specifications.
  • Performing first-part approvals on new tasks to ensure quality standards are met.

Requirements

  • Certified Welder
  • Forklift Certification
  • Some coursework after high school
  • 1–2 years of welding experience
  • Ability to read and interpret production drawings
  • Strong understanding of tools and precision measurement
