Sunbelt Rentals is a leading company in the equipment rental industry, offering a wide range of equipment and a knowledgeable staff. They are seeking a Mechanic to perform preventive maintenance, advanced diagnostics, and complex repairs on various equipment in a safety-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
  • Conduct advanced diagnostics and make complex repairs.
  • Work on a variety of makes, models, and equipment.
  • Ensure safety and effectiveness to avoid downtime.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; some trade school or equivalent training desired.
  • 5+ years of mechanic experience with diesel or heavy equipment preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of hydraulic systems and troubleshooting skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to be flexible with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
