Overview

Aluvision Inc. is a leading developer and supplier of modular systems and LED solutions in the exhibit and events industry, operating in the US for two decades and supporting partners in 60 countries. The company is seeking a detail-oriented Shop Employee - Saw Operator to work in a manufacturing environment, producing custom orders to specification.

Responsibilities

  • Cut, saw, drill and trim aluminum profiles according to specifications
  • Set up machinery and ensure all materials are readily available
  • Select and install blade on machine; set controls to adjust speed and blade tensions
  • Conduct quality inspections on products and parts
  • Prepare finished products for assembly or shipment
  • Support CNC milling as needed
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area
  • Support in other areas of production as needed

Requirements

  • Previous experience in manufacturing, cutting or milling
  • Ability to handle physical workload (lift up to 50 lbs.) and stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to operate a scissor lift, electric pallet jack and/or sit down forklift
  • Willingness to cross train in multiple areas of production
  • Ability to work well in teams, strong work-ethic
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
