The Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician role involves maintaining and repairing production and facility equipment to ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production and facility equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and document maintenance activities.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
• Replace or adjust parts as necessary.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime.
• Support equipment upgrades and installations.
• Follow safety and compliance standards.
• Respond to urgent maintenance requests.

Requirements

• Strong equipment maintenance and industrial maintenance skills.
• Experience in manufacturing or process plant environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot and maintain mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.
• Capability to perform physical tasks in industrial environments.

Additional Info

• Full-time, on-site role based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
• May require working different shifts.
