Job Description

Overview

Absolute Metals builds the interior metalwork you see in Las Vegas hotels and casinos, specializing in brass, bronze, stainless, and custom finishes. They are looking for an experienced TIG welder who takes pride in clean, finish-quality work.

Responsibilities

  • TIG weld stainless steel, steel, and brass to architectural finish standards
  • Fabricate and fit up from shop drawings: layout, cutting, and assembly
  • Install finished metalwork on commercial and hospitality job sites, including field welding, fitting, grinding, and finishing
  • Work with our drafting, finishing, and install team to hit project deadlines

Requirements

  • 3+ years of TIG welding experience
  • Ornamental, architectural, or custom fabrication experience
  • Field installation and welding experience
  • Ability to read and work from shop drawings
  • Ability to pass a paid in-house weld test
