salary: $30 - $34 per hour shift: First work hours: 6 AM - 6 PM education: High School

Responsibilities

Read and Interpret Blueprints: Study project blueprints, drawings, and specifications to understand the requirements and dimensions of the fabricated components.

Material Selection: Choose appropriate materials for the project, considering factors like strength, durability, and cost-effectiveness.

Cutting and Shaping: Use tools such as saws, drills, shears, and CNC machines to cut and shape materials according to the project design.

Welding and Joining: Weld, bolt, screw, or otherwise join materials together, ensuring the components are securely connected.

Assembly: Assemble fabricated components into larger structures, following detailed instructions and project plans.

Repair and Maintenance: Perform repairs and maintenance on fabricated structures or equipment when necessary.

Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure the project's successful completion.

Problem Solving: Identify and troubleshoot issues or deviations from the project plan, proposing and implementing solutions.
