Overview

Riverhawk Company is a leading provider of precision-machined components and assemblies, dedicated to maintaining a safe, efficient, and high-performance work environment. They are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure the proper functioning of all machinery and equipment within their facility.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machinery, including CNC machines, conveyors, and other mechanical systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
  • Conduct inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and reduce downtime.
  • Repair or replace defective parts, components, and systems as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance schedules.
  • Work closely with production teams to minimize equipment downtime and ensure efficient production processes.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe working environment.
  • Continuously monitor equipment to identify and resolve potential issues before they cause disruptions.
  • Assist with building and facilities maintenance as needed, including painting, plumbing, HVAC, and general cleaning.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in machine maintenance and repair, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to work with various tools, equipment, and machinery.
  • In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
  • Strong understanding of preventive maintenance and its importance in reducing downtime.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
  • Willingness to work overtime and occasionally on weekends if machines are down.

Additional Information

  • This is a full-time opportunity on the first shift.
  • Applicants will receive a conditional offer pending successful completion of a four panel drug test and a background screen.
