The Service Technician role involves diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and installing pumps and related equipment for various customers in the Dallas and Fort Worth area.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, maintain, and install pumps and related equipment.
• Complete assigned daily workload within established service time benchmarks.
• Return equipment to verified operating condition with no avoidable callbacks.
• Leave every completed job ready for billing with accurate documentation.
• Review daily schedule and verify staged equipment and job information.
• Diagnose issues using approved electrical checks and operational testing.
• Complete repairs, replacements, preventive maintenance, and installations.
• Explain findings and options clearly to customers.
• Flag potential warranty issues for manager review.
• Keep service truck, tools, and work areas clean and ready.
• Participate in assigned on-call coverage and training.

Requirements

• Hands-on water and wastewater equipment experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in mechanical repair, electrical troubleshooting, or field service.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Additional Information

• Full-time position, 8am-5pm, in-person, Monday–Friday with scheduled on-call rotation.
• Work performed at the shop and customer sites; remote work is not available.
