Overview

Industrial company is seeking experienced welders with stick welding and metal fabrication experience.

Responsibilities

  • Perform stick/SMAW welding on metal components
  • Cut, fit, and prepare materials
  • Use grinders, cutting equipment, and fabrication tools
  • Read measurements and fabrication instructions
  • Inspect completed welds
  • Maintain a safe work environment

Requirements

  • Previous stick/SMAW welding experience
  • Metal fabrication experience preferred
  • Experience working with heavy steel is a plus
  • Ability to read a tape measure
  • Comfortable working in an industrial environment
