Overview

We are looking for a talented and motivated Fabricator/Machinist to perform precision machining and fabrication. This role requires attention to detail, technical proficiency, and a commitment to producing high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and set up machining equipment (e.g., lathes, mills) to produce precision parts to exact specifications.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to execute machining and fabrication tasks.
  • Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers) to ensure compliance with tolerances and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and meet project deadlines.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a machinist and fabricator, with a minimum of 3 years in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
  • Expertise in operating manual machining equipment, including lathes, mills, and grinders.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files.
  • Familiarity with precision measuring tools and quality control processes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to OSHA standards.
