Overview

Grimmway Produce Group is seeking a Welder Level III responsible for advanced welding, fabrication, and mechanical duties using SMAW, MIG, and TIG processes on various materials. This position offers the chance to contribute to one of the world’s largest carrot and organic vegetable growers while supporting crew leads and team members in fabrication and installation work.

Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced welding, fabrication, and mechanical duties using SMAW, MIG, and TIG processes.
  • Independently fabricate and assemble complex components and equipment for conveyor systems and food handling equipment.
  • Support crew leads and team members in completing fabrication and installation work.

Requirements

  • Must have a minimum of two years of experience as a Welder Level II or at the Journeyman Level.
  • Must have experience with SMAW, MIG, and TIG welding in all positions.
  • Must have knowledge of appropriate welding rods for various projects.
  • Must be familiar with measuring complex layouts and using various measuring methods and tools.
  • Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a driving record that meets company policy, insurance, and DMV requirements.
