Overview

True Anomaly is seeking a Tub Fabricator to play a vital role in programming, setting up, operating, and troubleshooting CNC tube-bending equipment for aerospace applications. The company focuses on delivering capabilities for space superiority through advanced technology.

Responsibilities

• Create, modify, verify, and optimize CNC tube-bending programs using engineering drawings and process documentation.
• Set up, operate, and adjust CNC tube-bending machines to produce precision tube assemblies.
• Cut, deburr, clean, bend, flare, swage, form, and fit metallic tubing to meet standards.
• Inspect tube assemblies using precision measurement equipment and record results.
• Fit and assemble bent tubes with fittings, valves, and other hardware.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Follow safety protocols for machine operations and material handling.
• Support continuous improvement of CNC programs and manufacturing processes.

Requirements

• Technical degree, certificate, apprenticeship, or equivalent training in CNC machining, manufacturing, aerospace, or related field.
• Experience programming, setting up, and operating CNC tube benders or comparable precision forming equipment.
• Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and process sheets.
• Experience creating, editing, and troubleshooting CNC tube-bending programs.
• Experience working with metallic tubing and aerospace hardware.
• Ability to safely use hand tools and precision measurement equipment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and work in confined spaces.
