Overview

Join our team as a Pipefitter/Pipe Welder, where you will be responsible for the demo and reinstallation of various types of piping materials in a hospital setting, focusing on the installation of boilers, chillers, tanks, and pumps.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate proficiency in installing and reinstalling various types of piping materials.
  • Handle boiler, chiller, tank, and pump installations with expertise.
  • Execute pipe runs efficiently, including offsets, 90s, and 45s.
  • Perform hanger installations accurately and efficiently.
  • Utilize hand and power tools skillfully for pipefitting tasks.
  • Ensure quality welds, beveling, and threading are achieved.
  • Work collaboratively in a hospital environment and new construction settings.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in handling carbon steel, weld pipe, and screw pipe.
  • Expertise in using hand and power tools for pipefitting.
  • Ability to perform welding, beveling, and threading tasks.
  • Experience with the installation of chillers, boilers, and other equipment.
  • Possession of personal hand tools.
  • Ownership of powered tools.
