Job Description

Overview

We are a well-established small manufacturer in the Hobby airport area looking for a welder who will primarily do wrought iron fabricating with 1-1/2 tube. This is a full-time position with occasional overtime.

Requirements

  • Proof of GED or High School Diploma
  • Ability to follow directions and learn quickly
  • Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
  • Be able to work in a non-climate controlled environment
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
  • Be able to show up to work every day, be productive and be on time
  • Be physically fit

  • Full-time position working Monday through Friday from 6:30 am until 3:00 pm
  • Salary will depend on experience and individual’s abilities
  • 8 paid holidays per year, 10 vacation days per year and 5 sick days per year
