Overview

The Hard Armor Production Technician supports the manufacturing of hard armor products by performing hands-on production activities throughout various stages of the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

  • Perform hands-on manufacturing and production activities to support assigned second-shift production requirements.
  • Prepare, organize, stage, and handle raw materials, components, and products according to work instructions.
  • Inspect materials and products throughout the manufacturing process for visible defects and report concerns.
  • Accurately complete required production documentation and maintain product identification and traceability.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in accordance with 5S principles.
  • Follow all company safety policies, quality requirements, and approved work instructions.
  • Communicate production, material, equipment, safety, and quality concerns to the lead or supervisor.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and other personnel to support production requirements.

Requirements

  • Prior manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, or related hands-on work experience preferred.
  • Ability to learn and consistently follow standardized manufacturing processes and work instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
  • Dependable attendance and ability to work the scheduled second shift, overtime, or adjusted schedules as required.

Additional Information

  • Hours: Monday - Thursday (11:30AM - 10:00PM)
  • This position is eligible for a 10% second-shift differential.
