Overview

Lippert is a leading global manufacturer and supplier of engineered products and customized solutions for various industries. The Welder position involves assembling components and repairing defective welds to add value in the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble various components and sub-assemblies into specified fixturing and join by welding.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Pick and place components into proper fixturing and apply GMAW.
  • Identify out-of-conformance situations and alert the supervisor or Quality Auditor.
  • Rotate positions into different production teams as necessary.
  • Set up welding equipment including changing gas.

Requirements

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

  • This is a full-time hourly position with hours decided by production or General Manager.
