Responsibilities
- Improve welding productivity, quality, and safety.
- Adapt to a changing work environment and manage competing demands.
- Administer safety and training programs for all department employees.
- Communicate information clearly and directly to co-workers and supervisors.
- Identify, organize, estimate, and recognize differences or similarities with attention to detail.
- Stand and work in adverse conditions for a minimum of 8 hours.
- Use simple measuring instruments like tape measures and calipers.
- Perform extensive walking, bending, stooping, and moderate to heavy lifting.
- Manually operate multiple levers and knobs associated with machines or equipment.
