JCB is seeking a Welder for its new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in San Antonio, Texas, which will create over 1,500 new jobs. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow a career with a leading global company in the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and other welding processes as required
• Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
• Inspect welds to ensure quality and accuracy
• Maintain a safe and organized work area
• Follow all safety and quality procedures

Requirements

• Welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Willingness to work in a production environment
