Responsibilities

• Communicate instructions clearly, assign tasks, and work alongside your crew to set the pace and demonstrate proper techniques.
• Ensure plans, blueprints, materials, and tools are available and organized for efficient workflow.
• Address issues promptly by obtaining decisions from supervisors and providing guidance to team members.
• Monitor work progress and verify compliance with specifications, deadlines, and safety standards.
• Enforce safety and housekeeping rules at all times.
• Provide updates to superintendents and project managers on progress, delays, and operational challenges.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of verifiable pipefitting experience.
• Strong knowledge of piping blueprints, specifications, codes, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to supervise and motivate a team effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills.
• Skilled in scheduling and meeting deadlines.
• Commitment to precision and quality in all work.
• OSHA-30 certification is required.
