Overview

We are looking for a mechanical assembler for the assembly and field support of our equipment. The ideal candidate must be able to build equipment to the drawings and make field repairs from memory while communicating issues to customers and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assemble equipment according to drawings.
• Make field repairs to keep equipment running.
• Communicate issues to customers and supervision.

Requirements

• Ability to read exploded view drawings and blueprints.
• Basic knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Familiar with basic hand tools.
• Strong mechanical reasoning ability.
• Able to read micrometers and calipers.
• Basic function of parts press, lathe, mill, and porta power is a plus.
• Able to use equipment vibration balancing equipment is a plus.
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to weld and use cutting torch is a plus.
