Responsibilities
- Assemble electronic components by soldering, testing, encapsulating, packing, and operating machinery.
- Follow detailed work instructions and visual aids to ensure quality standards.
- Work in accordance with ISO9001 quality standards.
Requirements
- Excellent manual dexterity of both hands and precision finger manipulation.
- Flexible to work on a variety of jobs requiring quick and continuous learning.
- Proven ability to be accurate and pay close attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Able to read and interpret detailed work instructions.
- Ability to stand continuously for up to 4 hours while working.
- Mature and self-motivated to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Able to lift a maximum of 50 lbs.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must pass a drug screen, physical examination, and background checks.

Additional Information
- Working hours are from 10:30 pm to 6:30 am.
- Job duties are performed in a clean work environment.
- Third shift rate is $23.50/hour negotiable for those with a minimum of 3 years of applicable assembly experience.
