Responsibilities
- Create an engaging and inclusive learning environment for students.
- Lead hands-on training and practical demonstrations.
- Collaborate with the education team to enhance and develop courses.
- Guide and mentor students on their individual projects.
- Instill the importance of safety procedures and best practices.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- 5 years of practical work experience in welding.
- Skills in MIG, TIG, stick, and flux-cored welding processes.
- Experience with oxy-acetylene torch work, plasma cutting, and brazing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A patient and empathetic approach to teaching.
