Overview

Krispy Kreme is seeking a Doughnut Factory Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth operation of doughnut making equipment in their factory. This role is essential for maintaining equipment and ensuring timely delivery of orders, contributing to the brand's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure doughnut making equipment and factory facility are running efficiently.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on all factory equipment.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform necessary repairs.
  • Assemble mechanical components and electrical devices.
  • Possibly perform welding and fabricating as needed.

Requirements

  • Proficient in automated equipment operation, boiler operation, electrical wiring, hydraulics, pipe fitting and plumbing, pneumatics, sheet metal, welding, shop machinery, and PLC troubleshooting and programming.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in an Industrial Plant or completion of a technical program or certification in electric, welding, or general machine maintenance is preferred.
