Uncle Tetsu is an international Asian-inspired bakery known for its original Japanese Cheesecakes, founded in 1985. The Baker is responsible for preparing cakes, cookies, and tarts according to company recipes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Preparing cheesecakes, cookies, and tarts to meet Uncle Tetsu standards for flavor, color, and aroma.
• Guiding Baker Assistant and assisting with their training.
• Performing all Baker Assistant duties.

Requirements

• Some high school education.
• Minimum one year of Operations experience required.
• Food Handler certification as per local/municipal requirements, acquired at applicant’s own expense.
