Overview
The Brewery Maintenance Technician role at Anheuser-Busch involves working in a high-speed manufacturing environment to maintain and repair brewing equipment. The company is known for its iconic beer brands and is committed to safety, efficiency, and community support.
Responsibilities
- Work in a team or autonomously to complete work orders and provide maintenance support.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair equipment including disassembling and reassembling machinery.
- Perform mechanical work such as bearing and chain replacement, motor/gearbox replacements, and valve and pump maintenance.
- Interpret schematics and equipment manuals.
- Adhere to plant safety and sanitation requirements and complete assigned work efficiently.
- Be part of an effective work planning process utilizing work orders and part staging.
- Assist with process improvement and initiate change.
- Analyze knowledge and process data to make decisions on equipment maintenance and improvement activities.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 3 years of industrial mechanical experience or a two-year technical degree preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of safety policies and procedures required.
- Must be able to continuously stand, bend, and twist and lift items up to 50 lbs.
- Precision machining skills and welding ability preferred.
- Strong computer skills required, including Microsoft Office Excel proficiency and experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems.
- Ability to work off shifts and overtime as necessary.

Additional Information
- Salary: $40.10/hr.
- Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM.
