Overview

Graver Technologies LLC, part of the global industrial organization Marmon Holdings backed by Berkshire Hathaway, is seeking a TIG Welder responsible for the fabrication and assembly of stainless-steel components used in Scepter Crossflow Filtration products, ensuring adherence to engineering drawings and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and work instructions to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with housekeeping standards.
  • Perform TIG welding operations to produce products that meet quality and requirements.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, specifications, and work instructions.
  • Conduct in-process and final inspections using measuring instruments and gauges to verify compliance with product specifications.
  • Accurately document production activities, inspections, and completed work.
  • Track and report raw material usage associated with finished products.
  • Identify, document, and communicate quality concerns to appropriate personnel.
  • Ensure all manufacturing and documentation activities comply with ISO 9001:2015 quality management standards.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Welding certification or a minimum of two (2) years of TIG welding experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
  • Proficiency in the use of measuring instruments, including calipers, tape measures, and other inspection tools.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations, including fractions, decimals, and measurements.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Information

  • Ability to work overtime as needed, including extended shifts, weekdays, weekends, and scheduled or unscheduled production demands.
