Overview
TEAM, Inc. is a global leader in integrated asset integrity solutions, seeking a certified and qualified safety-driven NDT/NDE Technician to perform Non-Destructive Testing and Inspection services at various client sites. The ideal candidate will hold certifications in one or more NDT methods and demonstrate professionalism, ensuring high standards of data accuracy and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Perform nondestructive testing using certified methods in accordance with TEAM procedures, client specifications, and applicable codes.
- Accurately interpret, evaluate, and document test results using proper forms, digital systems, or reporting platforms.
- Supervise and guide NDT Assistants and support personnel during field operations.
- Calibrate and operate NDT equipment and related tools safely and effectively.
- Coordinate with project managers and clients regarding job scope, access, and results.
- Maintain detailed and timely records including reports, time sheets, and safety documentation.
- Ensure proper radiation safety practices (where applicable), including the use of dosimetry and area barricading.
- Adhere to TEAM’s Life Critical Expectations and all site-specific safety protocols.
- Uphold industry codes and TEAM’s standards of professionalism, integrity, and quality.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screening background check.
- Must be able to obtain TWIC, DISA, and/or other site access credentials.
- Ability to provide relevant documentation in support of obtaining one or multiple Team Level II Qualifications/Certifications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel, work extended hours, and operate in field environments.
- Strong work ethic with a safety-first mindset.
- Multiple NDT Level II certifications or ASNT/PCN/CGSB equivalencies preferred.
- API 510/570/653, CWI, AMPP or other advanced certifications preferred.
- Radiation Safety Training / IRRSP or State Industrial Radiographer Card preferred.
- Familiarity with digital reporting systems or NDT data software preferred.
- Prior experience working in refineries, petrochemical plants, pipeline projects, or fabrication shops preferred.
- Current TWIC, OSHA 10/30, or other industry-standard safety certifications preferred.
