Overview

We are currently seeking 1st and 2nd shift Welder / Fitter for plate and structural fabrication work, offering a wage range of $19.00 to $23.00 with a $2.00 differential for 2nd shift. The role requires basic knowledge of fitting plate, structural material, and pipe utilizing shop drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Perform plate and structural fabrication work.
  • Use torches to cut and cope beams, cut and bevel plates, and heat straighten parts.
  • Fit and weld various materials including carbon steel, stainless steel, inconel, and aluminum.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of fitting plate, structural material, and pipe.
  • Ability to utilize shop drawings, specifications, and travelers.
  • Knowledge of welding processes including Flux-cored.
