Overview

Mister Car Wash is the world’s largest and fastest growing car wash company, operating over 500 car washes in 21 states. As a Maintenance Technician I, you will be part of a skilled team responsible for keeping car wash equipment running safely and efficiently, while enjoying a culture built on teamwork and development.

Responsibilities

  • Apply electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, plumbing, pneumatic, and troubleshooting skills to keep equipment performing at its best.
  • Perform installation, preventative maintenance, and repairs on industrial car wash equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair low- and high-voltage electrical systems, including control wiring and 3-phase power.
  • Travel across your market in a company provided vehicle to complete scheduled maintenance and respond to urgent repairs.
  • Minimize downtime by responding quickly to breakdowns and equipment failures.
  • Partner with regional teams on new equipment installations and technology rollouts.
  • Build strong relationships with teammates who count on your technical expertise.
  • Maintain safe, efficient, and fully operational locations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in industrial or production maintenance.
  • Electrical experience, including exposure to 3-phase high-voltage systems and low-voltage systems.
  • Solid skills in at least four of the following areas: Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulics, Welding, Pneumatics, Plumbing.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and respond quickly in fast-paced environments.
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and on-call hours.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Physical capability to perform the job (lift up to 75 lbs., bend, crawl, and climb ladders).
  • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
