Overview

The Fabricator position requires two to three years of experience in assembly, brazing, soldering, and tig welding within a manufacturing environment. Candidates must be able to read blueprints, use hand tools, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

  • Perform assembly, brazing, soldering, and tig welding tasks.
  • Read blueprints and utilize hand tools.
  • Follow procedures and written documentation to build products.
  • Participate in audits on 5S and kanban.
  • Engage in continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

  • Two to three years of recent experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • High school graduate or GED.
  • Ability to read and write in English.
  • Must be a quick learner.
  • Versatile and able to work well in a team environment.
  • Must pass a basic Math and English test with 75% accuracy.
  • Good manual dexterity and vision.

Additional Information

  • Must be able to sit or stand for long periods.
  • Must be able to lift 35-50 lbs.
