Overview

Carvana is seeking Autobody Preppers with at least 1 year of professional automotive bodywork experience to join their team as Auto Body Repair Technicians. The role involves performing light bodywork in a fast-paced environment at one of the fastest-growing used automotive retailers in U.S. history.

Responsibilities

  • Prepping, sanding, and buffing vehicles
  • Removing and installing bumpers
  • Performing minor plastic welding
  • Conducting small area bodywork, including Bondo repair

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of professional automotive bodywork experience
  • Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, lifting up to 60 pounds independently
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment
  • Ability to use safety equipment such as face shields, goggles, gloves, and masks
