Fluidstack is focused on delivering large-scale compute infrastructure for AI, aiming to enhance human freedom through technology. The Production Supervisor, Fabrication role involves overseeing a fabrication shift, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Run a fabrication shift, managing crew, safety, quality, and output.
• Lead operators and welders, providing assignments, coaching, and accountability.
• Execute the daily plan and escalate issues with causes.
• Enforce work standards, including work instructions and safety protocols.

Requirements

• Supervised fabrication or welding crews in production.
• Held a shift to takt and communicated effectively.
• Ensured crew safety and can articulate safety measures.
• Coached on the spot and documented important incidents.
• Maintained a clean and organized work area.
• Bonus: Experience in steel and structural fabrication, startup ramps, lean daily management, and bilingual in English and Spanish.
