Overview

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to join our Lithia Springs, GA plant. This position requires a minimum of five years of experience in industrial maintenance and offers competitive benefits and salary, plus an increase after 90 days.

Responsibilities

  • Fix motors, gearboxes, conveyors, and hydraulic or pneumatic lines.
  • Cut, shape, and weld steel, aluminum, or iron to build custom brackets, guards, and replacement parts.
  • Inspect equipment routinely to catch worn-out parts before they break.
  • Use plasma cutters, drill presses, grinders, and ironworkers safely.
  • Ready and able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of experience in industrial maintenance.
  • Strong experience with MIG, TIG, and Stick welding processes.
  • Deep understanding of how power transfer, bearings, and fluid power systems work together.
