Responsibilities

  • Perform structural and cosmetic collision repairs to manufacturer specifications
  • Follow Toyota repair procedures and use genuine OEM parts whenever applicable
  • Operate modern collision equipment including frame racks, welders, and measuring systems
  • Disassemble and reassemble damaged vehicles, documenting hidden damage for supplements
  • Work closely with estimators, parts staff, and the production team to keep repairs on schedule
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with shop safety standards

Requirements

  • Proven experience with structural and cosmetic collision repair
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to repairing vehicles safely and correctly
  • Great work ethics and a 'can do' attitude in the face of change
  • Ability to read and follow manufacturer repair procedures and repair orders
  • I-CAR or ASE certification a plus, with a commitment to ongoing training
  • The ability to work flexible hours, including Monday – Saturday from 6:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.
