Overview

Liberty Collision Center is seeking an Auto Body Technician to join their team in Cincinnati, OH. The company values its employees and is committed to delivering exceptional service through high production standards and OEM-certified processes.

Responsibilities

  • Repair vehicles according to the estimate and established quality standards.
  • Restore body panels, structural components, and outer body parts to pre-accident condition.
  • Communicate with management regarding additional repairs needed or potential delays.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working order and operate all equipment safely.
  • Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
  • Wear all required personal protective equipment.
  • Assist team members with repair and vehicle preparation as needed.
  • Comply with all federal, state, and local regulations governing body shop operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of collision repair experience or completion of a technical school program or apprenticeship program.
  • Knowledge of vehicle repair processes and manufacturer repair procedures.
  • Able to read and work from job orders and estimates with little supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to use a frame machine.
  • I-CAR welding certification preferred.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-production environment.
  • Able to lift up to 35 pounds regularly and up to 70 pounds occasionally.
  • Able to bend, kneel, squat, crouch, and reach in tight or confined spaces.
