Overview

Pellitteri Waste Systems, Inc. is a family-owned business recognized for its integrity and commitment to client relationships. They are seeking a full-time Fabricator/Welder to join their maintenance welding shop and work alongside two other fabricators.

Responsibilities

  • Perform welding and electrical repair of containers, compactors, carts, trailers, etc.
  • Weld steel components and replace hydraulic cylinders, hoses, and fittings.
  • Cut steel and fabricate steel components specifically for compactors.
  • Prepare containers to be sand blasted and painted.
  • Assist the Manager with inventory control on all PWS, Inc. equipment at storage lots.
  • Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with Corporate and OSHA standards.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in the necessary welding techniques.
  • Prior compactor maintenance experience is preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and strong attention to detail.
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background checks.
  • Wisconsin Drivers License is required.
