Overview

Kelly Services is seeking a skilled TIG Welder experienced in the assembly of electronic sensor components and the fabrication of precision temperature instruments. The ideal candidate will bring extensive hands-on experience with thermocouples, RTDs, and a keen focus on quality, accuracy, safety, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Execute precision TIG welding and silver soldering for small electronic sensor components, thermocouples, and RTDs, meeting exacting quality standards.
  • Assemble and fabricate temperature sensing instruments from technical blueprints and engineering schematics, ensuring compliance with all specifications.
  • Inspect and verify finished assemblies for accuracy, reliability, and adherence to safety and quality guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of production output and quality control checks.
  • Collaborate effectively within a production team to achieve project goals and meet strict deadlines.
  • Sustain a safe, clean, and organized work environment in compliance with company safety protocols.

Requirements

  • Hands-on background in TIG welding for instrument assembly, with in-depth expertise in working with thermocouples and RTDs.
  • High proficiency in TIG welding, silver soldering, and the assembly of temperature sensors; ability to interpret and work from blueprints, diagrams, and engineering drawings.
  • Familiarity with various metals and a solid understanding of temperature sensing technologies.
  • Strong commitment to precision, accuracy, and high-quality work outcomes.
  • Demonstrated reliability, excellent organizational skills, and a proven track record in meeting production targets and deadlines.
  • Efficient at prioritizing tasks and maintaining productivity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant training or certification in TIG welding preferred, but not required.
