Requirements

  • At least 5 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
  • Proven expertise in welding thin gauge material with flawless penetration.
  • TIG welding proficiency paired with foundational MIG welding knowledge.
  • Mathematical acumen and skill in handling shop tools proficiently.
  • Blueprint and technical document literacy relevant to machinery operations.
  • A continuous improvement mindset ready to challenge and enhance processes.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication capabilities.
  • Basic computer skills and inspection gauge knowledge.
  • Valid driver's license.
