Overview

Advanced Tool & Machine, LLC is a precision manufacturing company based in Morristown, TN, specializing in CNC machining, CNC turning, tool, die, and mold building, as well as metal fabrication services. This full-time, on-site Welder/Fabricator role involves reading and interpreting drawings, measuring materials, and performing welding and fabrication to meet project specifications.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Strong welding skills, including proficiency in Arc Welding and general Welding techniques.
  • Experience with TIG Welding for precision work and clean welds on a variety of materials.
  • Experience with MIG Welding for production work and structural fabrication.
  • Knowledge of metal materials, including properties, proper handling, and appropriate welding methods.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and fabrication plans.
  • Experience using hand tools, cutting equipment, grinders, and basic fabrication machinery.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to relevant safety standards and procedures.
  • Prior experience in welding/fabrication or related manufacturing roles; relevant certifications are a plus.
