Overview

Maverick Power is a rapidly expanding company recognized for its innovative power distribution solutions, seeking a Field Service Technician to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high-quality standards for field-deployed equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Travel to customer sites for equipment installation, start-up, and commissioning.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product management teams to address quality and warranty concerns.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and service manuals for equipment configuration.
  • Complete field technical reports and update safety documents.
  • Work with service management and engineering to address manufacturing quality issues.
  • Interpret drawings, wiring diagrams, and specifications.
  • Utilize electrical test equipment to diagnose and repair installed equipment.
  • Assist engineering staff in developing technical documentation.
  • Install, adjust, and repair electro-mechanical components.
  • Support service sales efforts by interfacing with engineering and manufacturing staff.

Requirements

  • 2-Yr Technical Degree and a minimum of 2 years of electrical/mechanical experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to travel, including overnight stays when required.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and repair manuals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite of programs.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company vehicle.
  • Compliance with all company administrative and safety policies.

  • Remote position with 50% travel required.
